03 / 04In detail

How we protect your data.

Five layers of security, from encryption at the edge to audit-ready access controls.

Encryption

All data transmitted between your devices and Tableview servers is encrypted with TLS 1.3. Data at rest is protected using AES-256 encryption across our entire infrastructure.

Payment card data is tokenized at the point of entry and never stored on your local devices or our application servers.

Compliance

Tableview is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest standard for payment data security. We undergo annual third-party audits to maintain certification.

We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable regional privacy laws.

Data Retention

We retain your business data for as long as your account is active plus a reasonable wind-down period. You can request a full data export or deletion at any time.

Backups are encrypted and stored in geographically separated data centers with strict access controls.

Infrastructure Security

Tableview runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with SOC 2 Type II certification. Our servers are hosted in Tier IV data centers with 99.99% uptime guarantees.

We employ continuous monitoring, intrusion detection, and automated threat response across all environments.

Access Controls

Role-based access ensures staff only see the data they need. Multi-factor authentication is available for all admin accounts.

Every access event is logged and auditable, giving you a full trail of who viewed or modified sensitive data.
