Tableview is the all-in-one POS platform for restaurants, cafés and hospitality groups across Europe and beyond. As Account Manager for our Spanish-speaking book of business, you will be the long-term commercial owner of a portfolio of 80–120 active restaurant customers in Spain, Mexico, Colombia and across LATAM. You'll run the relationship end-to-end after a customer goes live: onboarding handoff, quarterly business reviews, feature adoption (Inventory, KDS, Payments, Procurement), upsell and expansion, contract renewals, and reference development. You'll work closely with Customer Support, Implementation, Product and Sales, and you'll be the voice of the Spanish-speaking customer inside the company.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Own renewals, expansion and net-revenue retention for a portfolio of 80–120 Spanish-speaking restaurant customers
  • Run quarterly business reviews with operators in Spanish, surfacing POS data, benchmarks and product-adoption gaps
  • Drive cross-sell of Payments, KDS, Inventory, Procurement and the E-Menu module into your accounts
  • Coordinate Implementation handoffs and act as escalation point for at-risk accounts
  • Build a small library of Spanish-language customer case studies, video testimonials and reference calls
  • Partner with Product on Spanish-market feedback (fiscal printers, AEAT/SII compliance, local payment methods)
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene (HubSpot): renewal dates, MRR, health score, expansion opportunities
  • Forecast your portfolio's quarterly NRR and renewal risk to the Head of Customer Success

Ce que nous recherchons

  • Native or fully fluent Spanish, plus business-level English (the working language at Tableview)
  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS Account Management, Customer Success or Hospitality Tech Sales
  • Track record of consistently hitting NRR / renewal / expansion quota
  • Strong commercial instincts: comfortable negotiating renewals, pricing and multi-year contracts
  • Comfort reading a restaurant P&L and explaining KPIs like prime cost, labor %, food cost % in customer reviews
  • Calm under escalation: you can stay constructive when a customer is unhappy and find the right path forward
  • EU work authorization or eligibility to work remotely from an EU-friendly timezone (UTC−6 to UTC+2)

Apprécié

  • Background in hospitality (managed a venue, ran F&B, opened a restaurant) before moving into SaaS
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Linear, Notion and a modern SaaS tooling stack
  • Working knowledge of Portuguese (for Brazil-adjacent accounts)
